- Reservations must include your full name and date of birth as listed on your identification. Failure to provide accurate information will result in denied boarding without compensation.
- Prices are not guaranteed without a deposit and may change without notice.
- It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your contact information to ensure we can communicate important updates and details regarding your trip.
- If you select our installment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current. Alternatively, you may pay in full. Your invoice will outline the payment schedule. Sosa Travel Club is not responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellations.
- Late payments made more than seven (7) days after the due date incur a $10 late fee.
- Payments not made within thirty (30) days of the due date will result in cancellation, and applicable penalties as outlined in the cancellation chart will apply.
- Final payments not received by the due date will result in cancellation and loss of all monies paid. The final payment date cannot be extended.
- You are responsible for ensuring your roommate, if applicable, makes timely payments.
- If your roommate(s) cancels their reservation, your room will be adjusted to the most appropriate occupancy, and you will be responsible for the revised room price.
- Guest/name changes are allowed within 60 days of sailing at the discretion of the cruise operator. Changes are subject to cancellation charges, rate increases and/or service fees.

- You will need to present an accepted form of identification to board the ship based on your nationality/country of citizenship. Guests who do not bring required documents may be denied boarding.

- U.S. Citizens must present a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the voyage end date and with at least two blank pages.
- Non-US citizens must present a passport for air, land and sea travel.
- February 14: You are required to be at the dock no later than 2:00 PM. We strongly recommend arriving in Miami at least one day before the cruise departs to avoid any potential travel delays.
- February 21: The cruise concludes at 8:00 AM ET. Allow up to an hour for disembarkation. Plan return flights no earlier than late morning to ensure enough time for travel to the airport.
- You are responsible for securing your own transportation to and from the airport.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have all the proper documentation to board the ship and enter each of the countries on the cruise itinerary.
- The itinerary for this cruise may change as conditions warrant.
