Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By making a reservation to purchase a vacation product or service from Sosa Travel, you, the customer/passenger, expressly acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions without modification. By doing so, you agree to be legally bound by them, and you confirm that these Terms and Conditions become an integral part of your contract with Sosa Travel.
Additionally, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity and authority to book travel services on behalf of yourself and all persons named in the invoice and itinerary.
• It is your responsibility to inform Sosa Travel and its agents of any changes to your travel plans or contact information.

Agency Role and Limitation of Liability
Sosa Travel acts solely as an agent on your behalf in relation to travel services and/or products purchased by you, including, but not limited to, accommodations, transportation (ground and air), and tours. All travel services and/or products provided in your itinerary are furnished by independent travel suppliers over which Sosa Travel and its agents have no control.

While Sosa Travel takes reasonable steps to ensure proper arrangements are in place for your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for the acts or omissions of these independent contractors or for any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Personal injury, death, or property loss, damage, or delay.
• Loss of enjoyment, inconvenience, upset, disappointment, distress, or frustration, whether physical, emotional, or mental.

This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from or related to:

1. Acts or omissions (including failure or inability to provide services and/or products) by any customer, supplier, or third party, including but not limited to airlines, transportation companies, coach tour operators, car rental organizations, excursion providers, hotel/resort properties, or any entity for whom such suppliers or third parties may be legally responsible.
2. Acts of God or Events of Force Majeure.
3. Equipment failure.
4. Illness, including but not limited to food-borne illnesses, viruses, or diseases; family emergencies; theft; or other circumstances beyond our direct control.
5. Failure to obtain the necessary documentation or meet health regulations required to complete travel arrangements.
6. Failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to airport departure times, baggage handling, and check-in requirements, whether due to missed connections, adverse weather conditions, mechanical failures, or other causes.
7. Voluntary participation in optional tours, excursions, or activities.
8. The need to cancel services, change itineraries, or substitute accommodations/services, provided that reasonable efforts are made to supply comparable alternatives.
9. Cancellation of optional tours, excursions, or activities.

Reservations
All reservations must include your full name and date of birth exactly as listed on your passport. Failure to provide accurate information may result in denied boarding without compensation. Sosa Travel is not responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
It is your responsibility to inform Sosa Travel of any changes to your contact information. This ensures you receive important updates and trip details in a timely manner.

Pricing and Payments
All prices quoted by Sosa Travel are in United States Dollars (USD) and are based on costs at the time of the quote. Package prices, as indicated on your itinerary, may include flights and applicable airfare taxes, except for departure taxes at certain destinations. Additional tour services and accommodations are included in the package price only if explicitly stated on your itinerary.

Quoted rates are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, government-imposed taxes, or fees beyond our control. While we make every effort to honor the initially quoted package price, we will notify travelers immediately of any price changes. Additional expenses not included in the package price may apply, including but not limited to resort fees, destination taxes, and environmental fees.

Pricing and space are not guaranteed until a reservation is secured with a payment.

• If the required deposit is not received within the timeline outlined in your booking form, the reservation will be canceled.
• If the final payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the reservation will be canceled, and no monies will be refunded.

Payment Plan
For clients who choose the payment plan option, payments are required at least monthly to keep your reservation current. Clients may also opt for weekly or biweekly payments, as communicated in the booking confirmation.

• Late Payments: Payments made more than seven (7) days after the due date will incur a late fee of five dollars ($5).
• Missed Payments: Payments not received within thirty (30) days of the due date will result in cancellation of your reservation. Any applicable penalties, as outlined in the cancellation policy, will apply.
• Final Payments: Final payments must be received by the due date specified. Failure to pay the balance in full by this deadline will result in cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid. Final payment deadlines cannot be extended.

This policy applies only to clients who have elected to use the payment plan option.

Price Match Requests
Sosa Travel does not guarantee a price match but will consider requests submitted within 24 hours of booking (after the deposit or before full payment has been processed). Price match requests must include documentation of the competing offer, and approval is subject to verification and availability.

Foreign Transaction Fees
Sosa Travel is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees that may be imposed by your credit card provider.
